Another subtle way satan works among believers is to disguise himself with the temptation of presumption. Presumption is a behavior perceived as arrogant, disrespectful, and transgressing the limits of what is permitted or appropriate.

1Timothy 6:12, “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses”.
Christians fight battles every day. If you are not fighting battles, you may need to examine yourself and see if you are in the faith. I’m yet to meet someone who has no battles to fight. Every one will tell us of some types battle they are engaged in. People don’t engage themselves in battles to be losers, they battle because they want to win. The devil hopes you will throw down your weapons and surrender. Who in their right mind would do that?
