Solving math equation was a challenge to me in my school years and so were others. To try and pass, many times we had RIGHT ANSWERS but no method to lead to those right answers, and we could not explain to the teacher how we exactly arrived at those answers because we mostly copied them from other smart kids or from the back of the book. Show Me Your Glory, Part 2of2, Evans Olang

Exodus 33:17-18, “17 So the LORD said to Moses, “I will also do this thing that you have spoken; for you have found grace in My sight, and I know you by name.” 18 And he said, “Please, show me Your glory.”

The other day I was reading some comments posted online in response to a certain article about Christianity. Most of the comments were hard to read, God is hated out here. I remember back in the day where even if people did not serve God, at least they had a little reverence for Him. Today we have God haters.

Setbacks Can Lead To Growth, Evans Olang

John 15:1&2, “1 I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. 2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit”

Exercising Faith While Challenged By Facts, Evans Olang

Numbers 13:30, “Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, “Let us go up at once and take possession, for we are well able to overcome it.”

Have you ever tried to exercise faith in a situation where facts were solid? Facts stared you in the eye, closing every avenue of faith that you could not see beyond them? Facts are concrete, they are seen, they have evidence, they have witnesses. Continue reading “Exercising Faith While Challenged By Facts, Evans Olang”

Psalm Chapter 91 Study, Part 3of5, Evans Olang

Psalm 91:7-11 “7 A thousand may fall at your side, And ten thousand at your right hand; But it shall not come near you. 8 Only with your eyes shall you look, And see the reward of the wicked 9 Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place,10 No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; 11 For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways.”

I recall from back in the days where they had a commercial for a new jeep. It depicted how the jeep could dodge things coming at it to destroy it. Up on the mountain, you would see rocks, trees etc. coming at it, yet they were falling on its side none destroying it. Continue reading “Psalm Chapter 91 Study, Part 3of5, Evans Olang”
